The picture above is from the site this morning as crews are finishing the east side concrete pour on the 3rd floor (ballroom level).

This past week ARTS NC State and University Theatre sent out a 3-D memo regarding the closure of Stewart Theatre next month in order to prepare for Phase II construction.
Looking forward to next week, the site will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and crews will be back to work on Friday and over the weekend. The next construction update will be Thursday November 29th and will be in a new format.
Schedule: Past 7 Days (November 8 – November 14)
North of Talley – West Side
1. Started the loading dock under slab drainange
2. Continued the concrete topping slabs and curbs (ramps, steps, etc)
3. Completed the steel installation
4. Continued interior wall framing
5. Started exterior wall framing
6. Continued the fireproofing and new underground fire line
North of Talley – East Side
1. Placed the 2nd floor elevated concrete slab
2. Continued structural steel
3. Started east side foundation backfill
Schedule: Next 7 Days (November 15 – November 21)
Noise continues to be Yellow during work hours.

3. Continue second floor fire proofing and new fire line
4. Continue interior and exterior wall framing
5. Continue the concrete topping slabs
North of Talley – East Side
1. Continue structural steel
2. Place the 3rd floor elevated concrete slab (placed 11/15)
3. Continue the foundation backfill
