Work Plans

Supervisors are required to complete a work plan for their new SHRA employee with 60 days of hire. Supervisors must take the time to thoroughly review the work plan with the new employee and ensure the performance and conduct expectations are clear and understood by the employee. The work plan must be signed by the immediate supervisor, the level 2 supervisor and the employee. Signed work plans should be scanned and emailed to Liza Shelton at eabolin@ncsu.edu.

Training

All EHRA/SHRA supervisors of an SHRA employees must attend the “SHRA Performance Appraisal Program Supervisor Training.” Training is available via online and classroom. Supervisors must participate in one of the trainings. Registration will be processed through the new online registration system, REPORTER. To view upcoming training in REPORTER, go to go.ncsu.edu/reporter and log in. Once you have logged in select the Course Catalog link from the left-side menu. Enter in Course ID ‘ER47’ and select the red Search button.
