Loren’s Nomination:
Loren is just an awesome employee. When she comes to work, there’s no procrastinating, she begins her duties immediately without supervision until her shift is over. She never complains and we have no complaints about her. She takes her job seriously and her attitude is great! She’s not afraid to approach customers to see if they need assistance and she always checks with our leads to see if they need help. She has a what-can-I-do-for-you attitude. It’s always a sigh of relief when she comes in. I think Loren deserves to have the spotlight on her and we are very lucky to have an employee like her.

Case Dining Hall
LaShawn’s Nomination:
LaShawn always makes a good impression. She was locking up Case Dining Hall after an interview. An incoming Freshman and her mom were outside looking through the glass. She invited them in and spoke about Dining and all of our offerings. Since it was a typical hot afternoon, she offered them a seat and a cold beverage. The three of them spoke for 15 minutes. A great example of welcoming a new member to the PACK!
