 Dealing with Crabby Customers: Tuesday, September 26: 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm in Talley, Room 3222, register now via REPORTER!
We’ve all met them.  The upset, cranky, impossible-to-please customers.  In this 90 minute workshop, you can learn:
  • How to de-escalate difficult situations with customers
  • How to avoid making the situation worse
  • When to back out
  • Why your crabby customer may turn out to be your best customer
This training will be fun and interactive, and give you practical strategies you can use in your day-to-day work.  Open to all Campus Enterprises employees–student, temporary and permanent staff.
