Welcome back and Happy New Year! Here are a couple of items of interest regarding the Student Centers. Please share with students and colleagues.
Student Study Space: We have created additional student study space in the recently vacated Campus Activities offices (3314 Talley.) This space is open to students on a first come, first served basis — no reservations are required. Stop by and check it out. Please feel free to let us know what we can do to improve the space.
Meeting Rooms: Our demand for meeting space continues to grow. We have a total 4 meeting rooms available in Harrelson:
113 is classroom style for 100 (sloped floor, fixed seats)
146 is small conference for 10 (flat floor)
330 is multipurpose space for 30 (flat floor)
335 is classroom style for 40 (sloped floor, fixed seats)
In Talley we have created 2 additional meeting rooms:
3106 is auditorium for 24 or conference for 16
3120 is auditorium for 32 or conference for 20
Wolves’ Den is hosting two new programs this semester. Student Centers Operations and Dining Services are collaborating on Open Mic Night and Karaoke Night. Open Mic Night is Tuesdays, 7-9pm and Karaoke Night is Thursdays, 7-9pm. Come to the Wolves’ Den and Show off your talents.
Student Centers Operations office is now located in 4128 Talley. Please feel free to stop by and visit!
