June 20, 2012 (Raleigh, NC)—Wolfpack Subs, Salads and Wraps will be the newest addition to the Talley Student Center Food Court, replacing Lil’ Dino’s Subs on June 25.
Wolfpack Subs, Salads and Wraps will feature bread delivered daily by Neomonde Bakery, a local favorite known for its freshness and variety.
“One of the first things students will notice is that the bread is not only tastier, but longer” said Scott Harmon, retail operations director with NC State Dining. “We are going to 6-inch and 12-inch subs instead of 4 and 8. Second, they will notice a wider variety of sides, specialty sauces and salad dressings, plus entree salads and house-made chicken salad and tuna salad. We have worked hard to create a menu that features high-quality meats, cheeses and sides, including healthy and vegetarian options.”
According to Harmon, Wolfpack Subs will run sandwich and salad specials throughout the school year. Plus, the entire food court will extend hours until 11 p.m. each night to better accommodate students’ schedules.
Students will only have one year, however, to enjoy Wolfpack Subs, as all of the current Talley food service operations will become a part of NC State Dining history when the new food services operations open in late 2013 as a part of the Talley renovation and addition project.
“We look forward to unveiling the new line-up of options in October,” Harmon added. “It’s quite impressive what we have in store for our campus customers and visitors, too..”
