Raleigh, NC (August 14, 2012)–Rave! Catering is proud to announce the release of its 2012-2013 catering and break service menus as well as a newly designed website.
The new menu includes many of the caterer’s favorites along with some new, exciting options, such as designer sandwiches for lunch. This upscale option comes in all-compostable packaging featuring a balsa wood box. Choices range from the “Mayflower” (turkey, Havarti, Granny Smith, apples, and cranberry chutney on whole-grain bread) to “SoCal” (cream cheese, tapenade, avocados, cucumbers, carrots, green pepper, mushrooms and tomato in a whole-grain wrap).
“It’s an exciting addition, and we look forward to offering more new options ” said Priscilla Kistler, director of Rave! Catering. “We will also begin offering seasonal items, which we will feature on our website and email information about them to our customers.”
Rave! Catering’s menu represents a wide array of options, including breakfast, break services, box lunches, buffets, outdoor barbecues, receptions, and plated lunches or dinners. Rave! can accommodate as few as 15 to 500 or more. While Rave! Catering posts a comprehensive menu, its staff works with quite a few of customers to create one-of-a-kind menus to suit their particular taste and expectations.
“We are the exclusive caterer to the NC State chancellor and primarily serve the NC State campus, including main, centennial, Vaughn Towers, and the McKimmon Center, but we do a lot of event off campus, too,” added Kistler.
The new menu debuted on the caterer’s new website: rave.ncsu.edu. The new site not only features the menus but also a gallery of event and food photos. “We look forward to adding more photos over time to give our customers a glimpse of what we can do,” Kistler said. “The new site also reflects the university’s brand and gives a more accurate representation of the quality and professionalism Rave! Catering brings to our clients.
