The building elevations continue to take shape. This week saw 2 of the pavilions go up in addition to other steel. This next week crews expect to start steel on the East side (closest to Reynolds). Take a peek at our live cams and updated photos on Facebook to see the progress. Above is a picture of the site at sunrise this morning.
As noted in our September blog post “Steel Starts Monday September 17th“ concrete slabs are expected to start this week. Some big activities to highlight this week include: Steel beginning on east side and the concrete slabs (floors 3-5) on west side (Alexander side). Due to the volume of concrete needed, the concrete work will be Tuesday morning starting at 3am with the pour starting around 4am. For a full list of activities see the “Next 7” below.

1. Continued foundation waterproofing and backfill
2. Completed stripping formwork from slabs
3. Continued structural steel erection
North of Talley – East Side
Future site of Dining, Ballroom and Meeting Rooms
1. Continued pile cap and grade beam installation
2. Continued foundation waterproofing and backfill
3. Continued slab edge demo at C-Store
Schedule: Next 7 Days (October 4 – October 10)

1. Continue the foundation waterproofing and backfill
2. Continue structural steel
3. Pour concrete slabs (floors 3-5)
4. Start loading of all pile caps in loading dock
