The updates are starting to get longer! This week is an exciting week as you can see in the Next 7, more activities and trades are happening on multiple floors and both sides of the building. If you have been following along with our live cams you can now see the East Side steel taking shape as seen in the picture below.

Schedule: Past 7 Days (October 18 – October 24)
North of Talley – West Side
Future site of Dock, Dining, Senate Chambers & Arts NC State
1. Continued loading dock pile caps
2. Began concrete topping slabs and curbs (ramps, steps, etc)
3. Continued structural steel and started misc steel installation
4. Removed precast fascia at Stewart roof
5. Started interior wall layout
North of Talley – East Side
Future site of Dining, Ballroom and Meeting Rooms
1. Continued foundation waterproofing and backfill
2. Continued structural steel
3. Completed concrete caps, grade beams and walls
Schedule: Next 7 Days (October 25 – October 31)
Noise continues to be Yellow during work hours. As Fireproofing begins Monday, noise will move to RED.
North of Talley – West Side
Future site of Dock, Dining, Senate Chambers & Arts NC State
1. Complete the loading dock pile caps and start the concrete walls
2. Continue concrete topping slabs and curbs (ramps, steps, etc)
3. Continue foundation backfill
4. Complete structural steel and continue misc steel work
5. Begin fire proofing
6. Begin underground utilities
7. Continue interior wall layout
