“During a recent winter storm Chef Jon (Case) came to Clark and jumped right in the kitchen and did the work of 2 cooks. Chef Jon was instrumental in working with Chef Bell to get Clark food up and put us ahead for prep and production for the whole day. Without Chef Jon’s strong kitchen skills and willingness to help, Clark would not have been successful in getting meals ready for our students.
