“Lizzie is an amazing temporary supervisor. She rarely misses a day of work, and every day she is here has been a blessing. Lizzie has been a huge help with getting the student cashiers’ schedules for the new year, as well as creating a positive atmosphere for them. She has gone above and beyond by helping our lobby attendant stock sodas, ensuring he has help in the lobby by asking cashiers to help him wipe tables, take out the trash, and stock. When other units are short-staffed, she is happy to send over her cashiers to help them out.
I’m proud of Lizzie for praising her student employees when they are doing tasks without being asked, and recognizing them through Spotlight. There are no bounds to the positivity and great rapport she has with everyone in the building. Keep up the good work, Lizzie. You’re doing amazing!”
