Starting spring 2025, NC State is launching Course Ready, a new digital-preferred course material program designed to make your academic life easier by providing all materials on the first day of class at a low, flat rate, including required textbooks/e-books, course packs, lab manuals, WebAssign and other digital resources.
With a flat rate of $279 per semester for full-time undergraduates and $179 per semester for part-time students (plus sales tax), the program removes the guesswork with predictable costs regardless of major.
All course materials will be available digitally through Moodle on the first day of class. Any required physical materials will be available for pickup at Wolfpack Outfitters beginning January 2, 2025. Students who prefer to purchase individual materials on their own can opt out by the January 17 census date. A credit will be applied to their student bill.

Facebook Live | Parents and Families Services will host a Facebook Live event on October 8, 2024, from 6:30 p.m. – 7:15 p.m., where the Wolfpack Outfitters team will provide information and take questions.
Tabling Events | The Wolfpack Outfitters team will be available to answer questions from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the Talley Student Union lobby next to the store October 23-24 and 28-29, as well as November 4, 7 and 13. Students can also stop by the course materials counter on the lower level of Wolfpack Outfitters any time.
