As projected steel started this past week and progress is visible from hour to hour. The photo below from our Carroll Hall Camera shows the progress as of 8am this morning. You can see the start of the 3rd floor going up (service corridor and ARTS NC STATE suite). above it on the 4th floor will be the Senate Chamber and service corridor.
