Employee Recognition

Campus Enterprises employees go out of their way daily to create extraordinary guest experiences and improve our services at NC State. We strive to acknowledge our employees’ outstanding contributions through a variety of awards and recognition programs.

CE Champions

The CE Champions is a quarterly awards program that is open to permanent, temporary and student employees of Campus Enterprises. There are six categories for nominations that show employees who champion NC State’s mission and values. The winners are chosen each quarter by the CE Champions panel. Winners receive a Wolfpack Outfitters gift card, recognition in the CE newsletter and website, a letter of thanks, and a branded notebook. Learn more or nominate a CE employee.

Service Award Dinner

Campus Enterprises honors its permanent employees by celebrating 5+ year employment milestones at an annual dinner.

Honorees can bring a guest for a three-course meal and ceremony, where they receive a framed certificate from the division.

NC State Awards for Excellence

The NC State Awards for Excellence commence each year when all colleges and business units across campus select employees to be recognized as Awards for Excellence recipients. The program is open to SHRA and EPS employees working at least 30 hours each week (0.75 FTE), are eligible to be nominated.

Temporary employees, retirees, groups or teams and positions classified as executive administrators are not eligible.

To nominate an eligible employee for the NC State AFE, complete the nomination form.

Include a reason for your nomination with a minimum of 350 words and a maximum of 500 words. You will receive an email confirmation once your nomination is submitted. If you do not receive a confirmation, please resubmit or reach out to your coordinator to check if it has been received.

Pride of the Wolfpack Award

The Pride of the Wolfpack Award recognizes individual employees for a special or unique contribution to their college, business unit, or NC State University. Through the generous sponsorship of the Wolfpack Outfitters, recipients will receive a framed certificate and lapel pin.

Active employees in the following categories may be nominated for the Pride of the Wolfpack Award: SHRA employees, EHRA employees, County extension employees.
