Wage Scale for Student Employees
Increase your earning power!
Campus Enterprises uses a tier structure to determine student employee wages. Each student job is classified into a tier according to the technical skill needed for the position. Tier 1 includes entry-level jobs, tier 2 includes more technical or lead positions, and tiers 3 and 4 include supervisory or highly advanced positions.* Learn more about earning a promotion.
Advancing in tiers is only one way to increase your wages, though. Every year you will be rewarded with a longevity raise, as well. Year of services raises are $0.25 per hour for tiers 1 and 2 and $0.50 per hour for tiers 3 and 4.
Tier 1 | Tier 2 | Tier 3 | Tier 4 | |
Year 1 | $10.00 | $10.75 | $11.50 | $12.75 |
Year 2 | $10.25 | $11.00 | $12.00 | $13.25 |
Year 3 | $10.50 | $11.25 | $12.50 | $13.75 |
Year 4 | $10.75 | $11.50 | $13.00 | $14.25 |
