1. Started the transformer for temporary construction power (by Wolf Plaza & Alexander)
Scaffolding starts to go up today (Friday)

Starting Tuesday February 21 – Construction Noise will move from Yellow to RED
1. Complete transformer for temporary construction power
2. Start demolition and abatement activities on the North Side

Spring Break Steam Shutdown
Official communication will come from Facilities & Operations as well as Parking and Transportation.
Construction along Cates Avenue will commence February 27 to prepare for the steam shut down on Saturday March 3.
Expect one-lane traffic in front of Talley beginning February 27 through March 9. At night, the fence will be pulled back and two-lane traffic will resume. Contractors expect to be in the area until the end of the month, but traffic impacts should end on March 9 (weather permitting).
