January 2, 2012 (Raleigh, N.C.) — Common Grounds Cafe and Creamery opened today in the new James B. Hunt Library on NC State’s Centennial Campus.  The shop will be open weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. serving a variety of coffee drinks, Howling Cow ice cream, and a variety of bakery items, sandwiches, salads, pitas and Coca-Cola beverages.

The new Hunt Library on Centennial campus will be an iconic intellectual and social center, as well as a learning and collaborative space that boldly proclaims our strengths in engineering, textiles, design, and technology.  Almost 100 group study rooms, two amazing new Learning Commons, dedicated areas for faculty and graduate students, state-of-the art technology around every corner, and the inspiring feeling visitors get when they walk into this building will all make it well worth a trip.

Common Grounds accepts the meal plan, AllCampus account, Wolfpack One debit MasterCard account, MasterCard, Visa and cash.
