“I witnessed an interaction between Kirti and a guest (campus partner) at lunch in which he displayed excellent customer service, communication, situational awareness, and a genuine enjoyment in his job. The professionalism I witnessed in 5 minutes shows his commitment to creating an exceptional dining experience. He capped off the interaction with a thank you and genuine hope to see the guest again. This was not your typical goodbye. Great job!”

“We had a customer tell us about the incredible experience she had at breakfast one day with her coworker. When she got around to the omelet station, Dexter had already made her omelet because she is a regular customer and he knew exactly what to make her. She felt so special that she just wanted someone to know. Dexter treats all his customers this way and sets a high bar for customer service.”
