Jacob’s Nomination:
“Jacob is an excellent Assistant General Manager! He truly cares about each of the employees here at the atrium. He notices when an employee is going through something, and he takes time out of his day to actually talk to them and figure out what he can do to help them. He wants everyone to enjoy coming to work and makes sure that they are in a good mindset. Jacob is always thinking of ways to show the employees here that they are appreciated and their hard work does not go unnoticed. Jacob is constantly putting his employees first to ensure the atrium is a happy and fun place to work and dine.”

Nayyan’s Nomination:
“Nayyan is an exceptional worker. He is always on time for his scheduled shifts and is willing to work over if he is needed. He has excellent customer service skills. For example, he always takes time to answer any questions that our customers may have about the ice cream or any items that we sell in the store. He is also a wonderful coworker. Nayyan always takes time to assist his coworkers by making sure that the task is completed the correct way. When a new employee starts their first shift, he takes time to explain the policies and procedures to them. When he has to work closing shifts, he makes for sure that the store is closed correctly. Nayyan is a great ambassador and representative for University Dining. He really makes a difference with his positive attitude and work ethic.”
