“Gwen was my supervisor for one of my shifts. I am a new employee at Oval and was a little nervous on my starting working days. However, Gwen is the warmest and most supporting supervisor I have ever worked with. She is always extremely supportive and encouraging, asking if all are doing fine at short intervals; she’s got everyone’s back. There’s so much that everyone can learn from her.”

“I can’t say enough positive things about Andres. He is an absolute rock star and has stepped up as a leader in our organization to help train all of our new student employees. He sets such a strong example of how work should be done, pays close attention to details and truly models respect for our facility and his coworkers. He always shows up to work prepared to take on whatever challenge he might face, and does it with a smile. He even volunteered to come in last weekend and train new employees because I was out of town. Andres is amazing!!!”
