Many of our students are preparing to come back to campus Sunday, March 15, while others are planning to study remotely. To accommodate our students, Wolfpack Outfitters is focusing on the following activities:
Ensure that retail purchasing resources remain open and available. During the extended Spring Break week, we will continue to operate Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We will make a decision next week regarding our hours beginning March 23.
In the meantime, we are working to enhance our ability to process and deliver orders placed via our online stores for students who cannot return to campus.
For current Wolfpack Outfitters, State of the Art, and WolfXpress hours of operation, visit shop.ncsu.edu.
Ensure that the highest level of care is taken to minimize the risk of infection. Every day we practice the highest standards for safety and sanitation, including the use of EPA-approved disinfectants plus green cleaning. We are enhancing these practices by Increasing the frequency of cleaning high-touch areas to protect our customers and staff and have reduced operating hours to accommodate these efforts.
Encourage social distancing. Following university directives regarding the prohibition of on-campus events with expected attendance greater than 100 people, in-person events such as Grad Fair will be canceled. We will work to provide virtualized content when applicable.
When visiting our retail locations, we ask for your support in creating and maintaining a safe environment that respects all guests and their respective vulnerability to the COVID-19 virus. We encourage you to wash your hands first (or use a hand sanitizing station), touch as few surfaces as you can and try to maintain an arm’s length between yourself and other shoppers.
We are working closely with university leadership and campus partners to make additional plans and encourage you to visit ncsu.edu/coronavirus regularly for updates.
