Chris Dunham ’12 has been named director of operations for the Wolfpack One Card Office. Chris has been employed by the university since 2011, first working as an assistant to the dietitian and sustainability coordinator with NC State Dining, then as a business applications technician for the card office and most recently has served as card office interim director.
According to Rich Berlin, Campus Enterprises Associate Vice Chancellor, Chris has led several critical operational adaptations to COVID-19 for the Wolfpack One Card Office and Campus Enterprises as a whole during his interim directorship. “Chris is a manager of extraordinary initiative,” he said. “I look forward to Chris’s leadership of the Card Office and the spirit of collaborative innovation he brings to his work”.
There are many new forms of technology available to college campuses in auxiliary services that benefit students and the campus at large. “I plan to help lead the charge in making some of those new technologies a staple within Campus Enterprises,” said Chris.
Conise Watkins was also promoted to card office manager. Conise has been employed by NC State since 2012 and has worked in the Wolfpack One Card Office throughout her time at the university. She will continue working with ID production, meal plan billing, and customer service. Her goals are to implement more technology into her department and to continue providing quality service and professionalism.
