Social Media Content Creation Team

Campus Enterprises Mission: Campus Enterprises is NC State’s division of retail and hospitality organizations. Each department is dedicated to providing service excellence, value and enrichment of the student experience in support of academic success.

Purpose– Campus Enterprises regularly relies on the use of student content creators and models for its social media, print and web marketing. In this position, the content creator/model will work with the marketing managers and student marketing assistants to help plan and execute social media for the bookstore, dining and student centers.

Essential functions and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  1. One two-hour strategy session in August and early January to brainstorm ideas and develop the framework of social calendars for the various areas.

  2. One 45 minute zoom meeting each week to review the calendar and determine who will do what that week.

  3. Depending on the need, creators/models would gather the content and funnel to the marketing manager or student marketing assistant for scheduling and posting. 

  4. Creators/models also serve as a sounding board for managers regarding offerings, i.e. clothing, food, services, etc.

  5. Creators/models are also be trained to answer questions and assist with tabling events as needed.

 
Successful candidates will have an interest in social media and marketing and be willing to be in front of the camera and interact with others.
 
Pay Range: starting at $10.00 per hour with opportunity for raises based on years of service within Campus Enterprises.
 

Work Schedule: This position is considered “as needed ” and work 3-5 hours a week depending on the needs
