Developing Your Team

Your position at NC State will involve working with a lot of students on a regular basis. For many of the students, this will be their first job. This will require you to be able to guide them and instruct them on how to be the best employee they can be. We try to make this easier for supervisors by providing many training and development opportunities for all employees that work with Campus Enterprises.
