Event Description
Celebrate Black History Month with us every Wednesday in February at University Towers Dining Hall. Join us for a special series of dinners that honor the rich contributions of African Americans to the culinary world. Each week will feature themed menus highlighting cultural and historical significance. *Note: only students with a meal plan have access to the University Towers dining hall.
- February 5: Caribbean & Guyanese Meal
- February 12: Valentine's Dinner
- February 19: Gullah Geechee Gumbo
- February 26: A Sunday Southern Dinner
