New (non-career status) SHRA employees within their first 12 months of employment (probationary and/or time-limited) who began employment on or before May 1, 2019, are eligible for a July quarterly review. As a reminder, the schedule for conducting these probationary/time-limited off-cycle reviews for the 2019-2020 performance cycle is July 2019, October 2019, January 2020 and April 2020.
Additionally, Campus Enterprises is requiring supervisors to complete an off-cycle review with any employee who has an active Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
The off-cycle reviews are to be completed on part 6 (Off-Cycle Reviews) of the SHRA Performance Appraisal form. Off-cycle reviews should be scanned in and sent to Kristie Juda in CE Human Resources prior to August 30, 2019.
