Campus Enterprises Supports CSLEPS Japan Disaster Relief Efforts

Lonnie and Carol Poole gift $2.5 million to fund The Carol Johnson Poole Club House

 By Jennifer Gilmore NC State chancellor Randy Woodson announced Friday, Dec. 17, that the university has received the largest gift in its history – $40 million – from Lonnie and Carol Johnson Poole, 2.5 million of which will help fund the new Carol Johnson Poole Club House at the Lonnie Poole Golf Course.

NC State Dining Expands Vegetarian and Vegan Options at NC State University

 By Staff December 9, 2010 (Raleigh, NC)—NC State Dining has expanded vegetarian and vegan options across campus in dining hall facilities and retail operations. While only two percent of NC State Dining meal-plan holders indicate that they are either vegan or vegetarian, a growing number of students are interested in healthy vegetable-focused options at least a few days a week.
