ADVANCE Professional Development Series
The AdvanCE Series includes workshops for every stage of your employment. You can learn how to:
- Deal with difficult customers without losing your cool or ruining your day
- Send effective emails, answer the phone, and communicate professionally in all situations
- Boss like a boss, even if you’re leading a team for the first time
- Delegate tasks to your team to share the workload
AdvanCE workshops are fun and interactive, as well as practical and immediately applicable. Many are available either online or in-person so you can fit them into your schedule.

AdvanCE Customer Relations Certificate
You will build in-demand career skills that will help you be successful in your job with Campus Enterprises as well as your future career. You can complete the certificate at your own pace, and many workshops are offered online or in-person.
Learn how to effectively manage customer relationships. Develop confidence with professional conduct.
The AdvanCE Customer Relations certificate includes two required workshops and three electives:

All workshops in the certificate are paid. Employees should obtain manager approval before registering. The AdvanCE Customer Relations Certificate is open to Campus Enterprises employees only.
Leadership Intensive
The Leadership Intensive is offered prior to the start of each semester. It is by referral only from supervisors, so talk to your supervisor if it is something you are interested in.
